Here's what you do:
Step 1: Select a Program.
Every program was created with different goals in mind. Try to find one that resembles what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Follow the Calendar
The Calendar is there to help guide your fitness and nutrition journey. The Workout of the Day is listed on the Main Workout page. There’s usually only 1 or 2 workouts to complete a day. Refresh the APP the next day, and you’ll see the subsequent workouts from the Calendar appear.
Don't worry if you happen to miss a day as that workout will remain in queue until it's been completed.
Step 3: Track your Progress
Now that you've joined a Program, it's important to maintain your consistency. There are a few ways you can track your progress with the Body Breakthrough APP that will help you stay motivated. The app is there to act as your personal journal and guide you through your fitness journey.
Enter your nutrition on the Nutrition page to keep track of your protein, carbohydrates, and caloric goals.
Certain workouts (excluding yoga workouts) allow you to enter in your data for the day for each exercise. You can record anything you want from how many repetitions that you completed, how you felt about the exercise, or how much you want to improve for next time. The next time you do the same workout, those notes are automatically slotted so that you can review your performance even faster.
People say that a picture is worth a 1,000 words, and with the timeline feature you can record your transformation over time.

Take a picture of today's workout.
Take a picture of what you ate today.
Take a picture when you hit your weight goal.
Anytime a significant event takes place, take it down, and you’ll be rewarded with a lifelong experience you’ll never forget.
