Everyone knows that the Low Plank Hold is a great exercise for strengthening the core and lower back. But the real key is to be able to perform the exercise with proper form to avoid any types of injury. Let us follow long with Hulk to see how long we can hold the exercise for. Once you can easily hold for 30 seconds, try to stretch to your time out to a minute and above.
