Day 2: Get ready to sweat a storm
Day 3: Dare yourself to be great
Day 4: Are you ready to burn off the fat?
Day 5: Do you feel your heart pumping yet?
Day 6:  It's Day 6 already, try to see if you can keep up without stopping
Day 7: Make the last day the best day. No Pain No Gain!
