• 7 eggs
• 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 cups water
• 2 green tea bags
• 3 pieces star anise
1. In a pot, add enough water to cover all of the eggs, and boil for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the eggs from the water. Slightly crack the shells, but do not remove them.
3. In a rice cooker bowl, boil 2 cups of water, and add soy sauce, sugar, green tea bags, and star anise.
4. Add the eggs to the bowl, and cook in the rice cooker using regular rice settings.
