Get plenty of sleep – do you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night? Sufficient sleep will help your mind to become clearer and sharper. It will strengthen your immune system and help assist in faster muscle recover. A full night of sleep will allow you to recover faster and perform at peak performance.
Participate in running challenges-have you ever run 5k or even 10k? Maybe you like running, but you never challenge yourself to run a half or full marathon. Take a running challenge this year and see how far you can run!
